Fees are determined by a sliding scale based on income and number of dependents.  No one will be denied services because of inability to pay.  The following insurances are accepted by most of our providers:

    Monday – Wednesday: 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM
    Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
    Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

    All services are bound by the Illinois Confidentiality Act and HIPAA. No one, including your employer or a family member will know you are receiving services unless you tell them or give us written permission to do so.
